Safe at Home

This service is designed for helping people to be discharged from hospital on time or to make it easier for them to remain at home.

We supply and fit grab rails, stair rails, key safes etc to assist mobility and to allow easy access for carers and family.

The service is delivered on behalf of Trafford Council.
