THE HOME ENERGY LOAN PLAN (HELP)

The Home Energy Loan Plan (HELP) is available to owner-occupiers in Manchester for the provision of energy saving measures.

HELP loans are interest free and could pay for:

Ø      New or top-up loft insulation

Ø      Cavity wall insulation

Ø      Draught Proofing

Ø      Hot water cylinder insulation

Ø      New or upgraded central heating system and controls

Ø      Replacement central heating boiler

In some cases HELP loans can also pay for replacement windows and doors

We can help you to select a reputable contractor and will supervise the work whilst it is in progress. We charge a small fee for this service, which can be included in the loan amount
