Ø      Guttering (cleaning and resealing)

Ø      Heating (bleeding radiators)

Ø      Internal joinery (replacing doors, erecting shelving, re fixing loose floorboards

Ø      Miscellaneous (replacing light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries etc)

Ø      Plumbing (replacing taps and washers, attending to leaking toilets and baths etc.)

Ø      Windows (replacing rotten cills, re puttying, replacing handles/locks)
